摘要： 深海油气开采是高风险、高投资、高技术、高回报的行业。我国南海海域石油储量巨大, 属于世界四大海洋油气富集区之一, 其中70%储藏于深水区[1]。本文以南海为研究对象介绍了深水钻井主要难点、挑战,包括：三浅，狭窄压力窗口，井控，固井等方面；在分析这些挑战可能造成的危害的基础上从避免三浅带来的危害、钻井液改良、应对地层压力窗口狭窄、精确有效固井、安全及时防止溢流实现井控等方面给出对策。研究结论可供参考解决深水钻井作业中的挑战。

Abstract: Deep-sea oil and gas
exploration is a high-risk, high-investment, high-tech, high-return industry.
China's South China Sea huge oil reserves, belonging to one of the world's four
major marine oil and gas-rich areas, of which 70% were stored in deep water [1].
In this paper, the main difficulties and challenges of deepwater drilling are
introduced in this paper, including three shallow, narrow pressure window, well
control and cementing. Based on the analysis of the possible harm caused by
these challenges, Damage, drilling fluid improvement, response to the formation
pressure window is narrow, accurate and effective cementing, safety and prevent
flooding to achieve well control and so on to give countermeasures. The
conclusions of the study can be used as references to solve the challenges in
deepwater drilling operations.
