
摘要:综述了近年来催化转化生物质生产丙烯腈的研究进展。目前基于生物质转化制备丙烯腈主要包括以甘油、谷氨酸或3-羟基丙酸为原料三种路线,其中3-羟基丙酸路线丙烯腈收率最高,达到92%-98%,但其原料成本高,催化剂易失活。而甘油和谷氨酸路线的丙烯腈收率仅有20-60%,都无法同传统的丙烯氨氧化路线相竞争。

Abstract: We have reviewed the most pertinent literature in the area of the production of acrylonitrile (ACN) from biomass. In the literature three different feed materials derived from biomass are useful including glycerol, glutamic acid and 3-hydroxypropionic acid. We find that the highest yields of ACN (92-98%) are obtained from 3-hydroxypropionic acid as the biomass derived feed material. However, the 3-hydroxypropionic acid is expensive and catalyst is easy to deactivate in the reaction. And the yields of ACN (20%-60%) from glycerol or glutamic acid are much lower than the yield from propylene ammoxidation process on commercial scale.
