基于纳洛酮的药理作用机制浅谈其研究及应用进展

　　

摘要：纳洛酮（Naloxone）又名烯丙羟吗啡酮，为羟二氢吗啡酮的衍生物，是阿片类受体纯拮抗剂但自身无活性，最早是用于对抗阿片类药物中毒，具有解除呼吸抑制和催醒作用。近年来，随着医疗科技水平的发展，对纳洛酮的认识逐渐加深，目前已广泛应用于临床各领域，包括循环系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统及心肺复苏，急性中毒的抢救等。本文对纳洛酮的药剂学和临床应用等方面的研究进展综述如下。

Abstract: Naloxone, also known as naloxone, is a derivative of hydromorphone. It is a pure antagonist of opioid receptor but has no activity itself. It was first used to fight opioid poisoning and has been used to relieve respiratory depression and awakening effect.In recent years, with the development of medical science and technology, the understanding of naloxone has gradually deepened, and it has been widely used in various clinical fields, including circulatory system, nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, rescue of acute poisoning, etc. .This article summarizes the research progress of naloxone pharmacy and clinical applications.
