以碳布为基底的氧化锰柔性复合电极材料的制备
  

摘要:利用恒电流电化学沉积方法,在柔性碳布基底表面合成了氧化锰复合电极材料,然后使用温和的水热方法对复合电极材料进行处理。扫描电镜测试发现水热处理前,氧化锰为网状结构,水热处理后,网状的氧化锰表面出现一层结晶。氧化锰沉积质量大约为7mg cm-2,质量较大,接近商用电极材料的活性物质质量。对复合电极材料进行了循环伏安、恒电流充放电以及循环寿命的电化学测试,当电流密度为2mA cm-2时比电容可达到689F cm-2,并且该电极材料在此电流密度下具有良好的循环寿命。

Abstract: Through electrochemical synthesis we obtained a manganese oxide composite electrode material based on flexible carbon cloth. Then hydrothermal synthesis method was used to treat the composite electrode in deionized water under 100oC for 100min. Through scanning electron microscope we discovered the netty structure of manganese oxide layer before hydrothermal synthesis and the crystalline structure appeared above the netty structure after hydrothermal treatment. The weight of manganese oxide was about 7mg cm-2, which was close to the active weight of commercial electrode materials. The electrochemical properties of the composite electrode are investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge and cycle life techniques. When the current density was 2A cm-2, the specific capacitance of the composite electrode material can reach to 689F cm-2 and has excellent cycle stability.
