黏度法测定聚合物分子量的改进
  

摘要:黏度法测定聚合物的平均分子量具有仪器设备简单、操作方便、分子量适用范围大和较好实验精确度的优点,同时也存在乌氏黏度计容易损坏、仪器烘干时间长、受测试人员主观因素影响较大等很多的问题,因而很有必要对黏度法测定聚合物分子量的实验进行改进。笔者对黏度法测定聚合物分子量改进方法进行探讨,论述了从流经ab管时间测定、防止粘度计损坏和实验步骤顺序的改进三个方面,国内主要的改进研究进展,并对下一步的研究趋势做了展望。

Abstract: The viscometric method for the determination of average molecular weight of polymers has the advantages of simple instrument, easy operation, wide application range of molecular weight and better experimental accuracy. At the same time, there are many problems, such as the vulnerability of Ubbelohde viscometer, the long drying time of the instrument, the subjective factors of the tester, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the experiment of measuring polymer molecular weight by viscosimetry. In this paper, an improved method for the determination of molecular weight of polymers by viscometry is discussed, including the determination of time flowing through a and b tubes, the prevention of viscometer damage and the improvement of experimental sequence. This paper summarizes the main improvement research progress in China, and prospects the next research trend.
