涉爆案件现场处置措施与思考

　　

摘要：在众多犯罪活动中，爆炸以其巨大的杀伤力、震撼力、最大新闻宣传效果、实施难度小、成功率高等特点，成为犯罪分子首选的重要手段，在全世界有愈演愈烈的趋势。爆炸犯罪一直是世界各国面临的一大难题，在此形势下我国的爆炸案件也呈现新的变化趋势，必须提高防范、打击与侦破爆炸案件的能力，以保障国家安全和社会稳定；涉爆现场处置措施是爆炸现场勘查与分析的重要组成部分，是涉爆爆炸案件侦破的必要手段，具有十分重要的地位与作用。

Abstract: Among the criminal activities, the explosion has become an important means of choice for criminals because of its great lethality, shock power, maximum news propaganda effect, low implementation difficulty and high success rate. There is a growing trend in the world. Explosive crimes have always been a major problem facing all countries in the world. Under this situation, China’s explosion cases have also shown new trends. It is necessary to improve the ability to prevent, combat and detect explosions in order to safeguard national security and social stability. The disposal measures at the scene of the explosion are an important part of the investigation and analysis of the explosion site, and are necessary means for the detection of explosives and explosions. They have a very important position and role.
