
摘要:随着国民经济的迅猛发展,汽车保有量持续升高,废旧轮胎造成的环境污染问题也日益凸显。目前常见的废旧轮胎处置技术有轮胎翻新、原形利用、焚烧、生产再生胶再生胶粉、热裂解等。微波裂解技术处理废旧轮胎是一种较为新兴的处置方法,可实现其无害化与资源化。本文对废旧轮胎处置的常见技术进行了梳理和比对,简单介绍了微波裂解技术的原理、优缺点、近几年相关的研究成果和工业化应用的实例,提出了建议和展望,以期对我国固体废物资源化利用提供思路。

Application of microwave reverse polymerization in resource utilization of waste tires

Abstract: With the rapid development of the national economy, the environmental pollution caused by waste tires is becoming increasingly prominent over the growing number of automobile ownership. Traditional treatment and resource utilization of waste tires technologies generally applied nowadays include tire retread, prototype utilization, incineration, production of recycled rubber powder, thermal pyrolysis etc.. Microwave reverse polymerization technology is a relatively advanced treatment method which can achieve harmlessness and re-utilization of waste tires. This paper summarized and reviewed the common technologies of waste tire disposal, and compared them to each other. The principle, advantages and disadvantages of microwave reverse polymerization technology, the research results in recent years and examples of industrial application are also briefly described trying to provide some thoughts for the utilization of solid waste resources in China.
