霍尼韦尔MES系统流程图转换

　　

摘要：在现代化企业管理中，MES系统广泛应用。霍尼韦尔是提供应用的供应商之一，在实现DCS到mes系统的转换中，制作配套的系统流程图是一项相对耗时费力的工作。经历一个相关项目，现将工作中一些步骤和经验总结如下。

对于霍尼韦尔的WPKS系统来说，流程图跟原DCS大部分相同，如图形，文本等，同时也有很多不同之处如子图，模块等。而为了实现流程图的快速制作，同时尽量跟原图保持相同的视觉感受，一种比较好的方式是把原dcs流程图进行修改。

Abstract ：In modern enterprise management, MES system is widely used. Honeywell is one of the suppliers for supply. It is a relatively time-consuming and laborious task to make a complete system flow chart in the conversion of DCS to MES system. After a related project, some steps and experiences are summarized as follows.

For Honeywell's WPKS system, the flow chart is mostly the same as the original DCS, such as graphics, text and so on. At the same time, there are many differences, such as subgraphs, modules and so on. In order to make the flow chart fast and keep the same visual feeling as the original one, a better way is to modify the original DCS flow chart.
