高含硫天然气净化厂产品气H2S含量超标原因及处置措施

　　

高含硫天然气净化厂普遍采用MDEA溶液进行天然气脱硫，但是在生产过程中可能会出现产品气H₂S含量超标的问题。本文对产品气H₂S含量超标的原因进行了分析，并结合普光天然气净化厂，阐述了避免产品气H₂S含量超标的处置措施。

MDEA solution is widely used for natural gas desulfurization in high sulphur natural gas purification plants, but there is a problem that the H₂S content of product gas may exceed the standard in the production process. In this paper, the causes of H₂S content of product gas exceeding the standard are analyzed, and combined with Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant, the disposal measures to avoid H₂S content of product gas exceeding the standard are expounded.
