
目的:建立应用气相色谱法测定间硝基苯甲醛的有关物质的方法。方法:采用HP-1毛细管柱,25m*0.32mm*0.52um为色谱柱,程序升温(起始柱温120℃,维持14分钟,以每分钟60℃的速率升温至180℃,维持6分钟);FID检测器温度为240℃,进样口温度为240℃;载气为高纯氮气,进样量为1μl。结果: 专属性、精密度、线性回归、准确度等均良好。结论:该方法简单、精确、可靠,可用于间硝基苯甲醛的质量控制。Abstract: Objective To establish

Using HP-1(25m*0.32mm*0.52um) capillary
column, programmed temperature ( the initial
temperature was 120 ℃ and maintain this temperature for 14 minutes,then the
temperature increased to 180 ℃ at rate of 60 ℃ /min, maintain this temperature
for 6 minutes); the temperature of FID detection was 240
℃;the temperature of injection port was 240 ℃ ; the
carry gases was nitrogen,injection volume was 1μl. Results The
specificity test,linear relationship,precision test and accuracy were good. Conclusion This method is easy to
operate, accurate, reliable, so the method can be used to control the quality
of m-Nitrobenzaldehyde.
