无水氟化氢泄露事故的鱼刺图与事故树分析(李涛 蒋复量  王者)2019
  

摘要:无水氟化氢是铀转化生产的必备原料之一,主要用于电解制氟及氢氟化生产由于其特殊理化性质,确保安全储送是保证人员与生产正常进行的前提条件。为了减少无水氟化氢泄露事故的发生,采用鱼刺图与事故树相结合的方法,对无水氟化氢泄露事故进行了系统分析。首先利用鱼刺图找出无水氟化氢泄露的主要原因,再编制事故树,对底事件的结构重要度进行了计算和排序,并得到了7个最小割集和6个最小径集。最后根据分析结果,提出了有针对性的预防措施。
Abstract: Anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is one of the essential raw materials for uranium conversion production. It is mainly used in electrolysis to produce fluorine and hydro fluoride production. Because of its special physical and chemical properties, ensuring safe storage is the prerequisite for ensuring normal operation of personnel and production. In order to reduce the occurrence of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride leakage accidents, the accidents of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride leakage were analyzed by using the method of the combination of fishbone diagram and accident tree. Firstly, the main reasons for the leakage of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride are found out by fishbone diagram, then the accident tree is compiled, the structural importance of bottom events is calculated and sorted, and seven minimum cut sets and six minimum path sets are obtained. Finally, according to the analysis results, the corresponding preventive measures are put forward accordingly.
