相邻双塔配管设计要点浅析

　　

摘要：塔器在石油化工装置中占有重要地位，应用广泛，尤其在装置的产品分离部分，几乎每套装置都包含一台以上的塔器。同时，在装置的平面布置中，塔器在不影响流程式布置的情况下，遵循同类设备集中布置的原则，因此在装置的配管设计中经常需要将两台甚至多台塔器相邻布置。本文以某连续重整装置中汽提塔和石脑油分馏塔为例，阐述了相邻双塔的平面布置、开口和平台布置及敷塔管线的设计，并对相关设计要点进行浅析。

Abstract：Columns occupy an important position in petrochemical unit, They are wildly used especially in the product separation part, nearly every units have more than one set of columns. Meanwhile, column layout always follow the principle that similar equipment arrangement concentrative , without affecting process unit flow diagram, and therefore two or more columns always have to be set-up adjacently. The article takes one stripping column and one naphtha fractionation column in a certain continues catalytic reforming unit as an example, expounds the piping layout, nozzle layout and platform layout of adjacent two columns, and discusses the correlative main points of piping design.
