
摘要:作为一个小型的密闭空间,各类挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)会在车厢内聚集,威胁着驾乘人员的人身健康安全。对于新车,汽车内饰件是车内VOCs污染的主要来源。为研究汽车内饰件VOC污染浓度与汽车内饰件材质之前的关系,本研究选取汽车内部五个主要的内饰件总成(包括顶棚、主仪表板、地毯、座椅和门护板)作为研究对象,在同一的试验条件下进行VOCs测试,并研究其VOCs浓度与内饰件材质之间的关系。同时通过分类比较发现,内饰件的材质与其VOCs的挥发浓度存在着明显的相关性。

Interior Parts on VOCs Release

Abstract: Vehicle cabin is a relatively confined micro-environment in which driver/passengers are exposed to volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which may lead to adverse health effects on human health. For new cars, interior parts are considered to be the dominant source of VOCs pollution. In this study, airborne VOCs from five interior parts (including roof ceiling, dashboard, carpets, seats, and door panels) were measured to evaluate the relationship between VOCs concentration and material types of Interior parts. Simultaneously, significant correlation between the material types and VOCs concentrations of interior parts was found through classification and comparison.
