新工科背景下以科研项目为支撑的拔尖创新型人才培养模式研究

　　

摘要：新工科背景下如何培养拔尖创新人才是地方高校急需解决的问题。我们结合临沂大学实际和学生特点，以临沂大学不断增长的科研项目为切入点，秉承科教融合理念，对地方高校拔尖创新人才的成长规律和科学的培养模式进行了探索，取得了有益的结果。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, how to cultivate top innovative talents is an urgent problem for local colleges and universities. Taking the increasing scientific research projects of Linyi University as the starting point, adhering to the concept of science and education integration, we explore the growth law and scientific training mode of top innovative talents in local colleges and universities combining with the actual situation and students’ characteristics of Linyi University. The obtain results are beneficial.
