摘要：如何培养创新人才是地方高校急需解决的问题，为了适应临沂经济发展的需求，我们秉承目标导向育人、科教融合育人、校企协同育人三机制同驱动的育人理念，构建了科学的“一一三二”人才培养模式，不断激发大学生积极参与科学研究、技术开发、学科竞赛以及各类社会实践活动的创新热情，提高了大学生创新精神、创业意识和实践能力，取得了有益的结果。
Abstract: It is an urgent problem need to be solved for cultivating innovative talents in local colleges and universities. In order to meet the need of Linyi’s economic development, we build the scientific "1132" talent training mode based on “goal-oriented education, fusion of research and teaching education, school-enterprise cooperation education” three mechanism driving concept. It continuously stimulates students to actively participate in scientific research, technical development, course contests and all kinds of social practice innovation enthusiasm, and improves students' innovative spirit, pioneering consciousness and practice ability. The good results are achieved.
