秸秆类生物质预处理技术研究进展
摘要:秸秆类等生物质是重要的可再生资源,将其制取成燃料乙醇可有效解决当前日益严重的生态和能源问题,而预处理技术是其中制取成功的关键技术。这项技术的不断完善可以不断提高秸秆类中木质纤维素的水解率,从而高效地制取出燃料乙醇,大大降低其生产成本。笔者从预处理关键技术的出发,通过对国内外最新研究进展的分析,对物理法、物理-化学法、化学法和生物法这四种技术的处理效果进行了综述,并对秸秆类生物质预处理技术的发展提出了展望与建议。关键词:秸秆类生物质;预处理;酶水解中图分类号: TQ352.62 文献标识码 A 论文编号:
Advances in pretreatment technology of straw biomassFu Xinkai,Zhou Zixuan,Ji Zetao,Xie Jiankai,Shen Ao,Huang Ju(Xuzhou University of Techonology,Xuzhou Jiangsu 221111)Abstract: As biomass, straw is an important renewable resource.They could effectively solve the problems of ecology and energy,when they are transformed to fuel ethanol, while in which, thepreprocessing technology is the crucial factor. With the improved preprocessing technology, the hydrolysis rate of lignocellulose from the straw could be increased, so that the efficiency of making fuel ethanol could be increased and the cost would be reduced a lot. From the point of the preprocessing technology, the latest researches about the effect of physical treatment, chemical-physical method, chemical and biologicaltreatment process were summarized and analyzed, and the suggestions and expectations on thedevelopment of this technology were expressed.Key words: straw, biomass, preprocessing technology, enzyme hydrolysis
