
摘 要:以AlCl3和TiCl4-HCl为原料,按物质的量比1:1分别移取2 mL AlCl3和2 mL TiCl4-HCl混合均匀作为原料,以30 mL 0.5 mol/L NaOH为矿化剂,在160℃水热合成出不规则形貌的钛酸铝粉体。通过粒径仪,XRD,SEM分别对最终产物的内部结构和表面进行了探讨。结果表明较佳制备条件为:在反应温度为160℃时,反应时间为8 h获得的钛酸铝粉体形貌粒径较好,晶粒近似蝴蝶状,尺寸分布均匀,平均粒径约1.0 μm。

Abstract: AlCl3
and TiCl4-HCl was taken as raw materials, 2 mL AlCl3
and 2 mL TiCl4-HCl were transferred as raw materials according to
the mass ratio of 1:1, respectively. Aluminum titanate powder with irregular
morphology was synthesized by using 30 mL 0.5 mol/L NaOH as a mineralizer at
160 oC. The inner structure and surface of the final product were discussed by
means of particle diameter meter, XRD and SEM. The results show that the better
preparation conditions are: at the reaction temperature of 160 oC, the
morphology of aluminum titanate powder obtained at the reaction time of 8 H has
a good particle size, the grain is similar to butterfly shape, the size
distribution is uniform, and the average particle size is about 1.0 μm.
