简介：煤气化是煤炭清洁高效转化的核心技术，其核心部件是造气炉。造气炉压力属于煤气化工艺中的重要监控参数，但其工况属于高温高压场合，会导致常规压力变送器的测量膜片出现氢脆现象。文章概述氢脆现象的基本情况，并提出解决措施。采用镀金膜片型压力变送器，可以防止高温高压工况下氢气对膜片的渗透，有效解决了造气炉压力测量的问题。
Abstracts：Coal gasification is the core technology of clean and efficient conversion of coal, and its core component is the gasifier. The pressure of gasifier is an important monitoring parameter in coal gasification process, but its working condition is high temperature and high pressure, which will lead to hydrogen embrittlement in the measuring diaphragm of conventional pressure transmitter. This paper summarizes the basic situation of hydrogen embrittlement and puts forward some measures to solve it. The adoption of gold-plated diaphragm type pressure transmitter can prevent hydrogen from permeating the diaphragm under high temperature and high pressure, and effectively solve the problem of pressure measurement of gasifier.
