混风法用于烟气脱白的中试研究-李伟
  

摘要:混风法工艺其工艺简单、能除尘、相对能耗小、运行成本低等优点被提出应用于工业烟气的脱白治理本文以山东某热电厂烟气为研究对象,进行中试试验研究,通过此工艺系统处理热电厂产生的烟气,并进行中试装置运行成本的分析,得出以下结论:混风法工艺系统可实现热电行业产生的烟气稳定达标排放,能将热电行业产生的烟气脱白除雾,且中试装置经济分析耗费低,由此说明混风法的工艺系统在治理热电行业的烟气中具有很大的应用前景。

Abstract: The mixed air process is proposed to be applied to the treatment of industrial flue gas with its advantages of simple process, dedusting, low relative energy consumption and low operation cost. In this paper, the flue gas of a thermal power plant in Shandong Province is taken as the research object, and the pilot test is carried out. Through this process system, the flue gas produced by the thermal power plant is treated, and the operation cost of the pilot plant is analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn: the mixed air process system can realize the stable and up to standard emission of flue gas produced by the thermal power industry, can remove the white and mist of flue gas produced by the thermal power industry, and the pilot plant is divided economically The analysis cost is low, which shows that the process system of mixed air method has a great application prospect in the treatment of flue gas in thermal power industry.
