
摘要:新工科的大趋势和大湾区的时代背景下,培养面向新兴产业的化工型人才是高校化工专业教育行业新的任务。针对传统化工人才培养存在工程类人才缺失、工程类教学资源配置差、化工专业课程建设落后和化工专业课程没有地区特色的问题,本文提出新的培养目标,应立足于大湾区及东莞地方产业,培养专向化化工人才;并提出开设5G产业和新能源汽车产业的专业基础课程,联合5G产业和新能源汽车装备链的企业联合开设实践课程;采用导师制的培养方案等创新课程,培养新兴产业化工工程师。
Abstract: Under the general trend of new engineering
and Dawan District, it is a new task for the chemical industry education
industry in universities to cultivate chemical talents for emerging industries.
In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of traditional chemical
talents, such as the lack of engineering talents, the poor allocation of
engineering teaching resources, the backward construction of chemical
engineering courses and the lack of regional characteristics of chemical
engineering courses, this paper puts forward a new training objective, which
should be based on the local industries in Dawan district and Dongguan to
cultivate specialized chemical talents, and proposes to set up the professional
basic courses of 5G industry and new energy automobile industry, in combination
with 5G industry and enterprises of new energy vehicle equipment chain, set up
practical courses; adopt innovative courses such as tutorial system training
program to train chemical engineers in emerging industries.
