基于AspenPlus自带数据库和NIST数据库的精馏模拟研究
  

摘要:AspenPlus在化工工厂设计或优化中起到了越来越重要的作用,本文分别选用AspenPlus内自带数据库和NIST数据库对甲醇-水和甲醇-乙醇体系的精馏分离单元进行模拟,并依次采用了精馏单元简捷模型、严格模型,调整回流比、以保证塔顶出料纯度。研究不同数据库及不同计算模型对精馏模拟的影响。最终得出直接使用AspenPlus自带的数据库与NIST数据库模拟出的结果有偏差,简捷模型和严格模型模拟的结果同样有偏差。

Abstract: AspenPlus has played an increasingly important role in the design or optimization of chemical plants. This article uses the built-in database in AspenPlus and NIST database to simulate the distillation separation units of methanol-water and methanol-ethanol systems.The simple model and RadFrac model of the distillation unit were used, and the reflux ratio were adjusted to ensure the purity of the top. The effects of different databases and different calculation models on the distillation simulation were studied.it was found that the results of using the database in AspenPlus and the NIST database were different, and the results of the simple model and the RadFrac model simulation were biased.
