船舶废气脱硫系统压损影响因素及控制措施分析
  

随着国际海事组织“限硫令”的实施,船舶废气脱硫系统得到广泛应用,但在应用中存在严重的系统压损问题,并影响主机燃烧效率和运行安全。本文结合样机台架试验,从洗涤塔结构类型、塔内构件、洗涤液成分和质量、烟气流速等方面,分析了系统压损的主要影响因素,并通过填料改善、洗涤塔结构优化、喷淋量优化、风机风量优化等压损控制措施,成功将100%负荷下系统压损由2024 Pa降低至775 Pa,不同主机负荷下系统整体压损也减小60%以上。
With the implementation of sulfur limitation regulation of international maritime organization (IMO), the ship exhaust gas cleaning system (EGCS) has been widely applied. But there is still serious pressure loss problem in the application, which could influence the combustion efficiency and safe operation of diesel engine. The influence factors were analyzed by shop test, including tower structure and type, tower internal components, scrubbing solution composition and quality, gas flow rate and so on. The pressure loss of EGCS was reduced from 2024 Pa to 775 Pa under 100% load by some measures, such as tower structure optimization, packing improvement, sprinkling rate optimization, fan delivery reducing, et al., and the system pressure loss decreased by more than 60% at all engine loads.
