高等院校一直以创新教育人才的培养为出发点，培养创新性人才，分析目前高等院校培养创新人才导师制化学专业培养现状，介绍开展导师制下化学专业创新教育培养的必要性，指出导师制化学专业人才培养存在的不足，提出导师制化学专业创新教育人才培养措施。

Colleges and universities have been taking the cultivation of innovative education talents as the starting purpose. This paper analyzes the current questions of the cultivation of innovative talents in Colleges and universities and the necessity of developing the tutorial system, points out the existing problems in the cultivation of chemical talents in the tutorial system, and puts forward the cultivation measures of innovative education talents in the tutorial system.
