
摘要:利用氯离子浓度计、合金分析仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子能谱等多种现代化测试手段,从介质成分、板材成分、微观组织、断口形貌、腐蚀残留物成分等方面,研究了可拆卸板式热交换器中S30400板片产生裂纹的原因。结果表明可拆卸板式热交换器板片裂纹源于冷侧,是在含有腐蚀元素的冷侧介质中长期承受拉应力发生了应力腐蚀所致。基于研究结果提出多种改进建议,为预防可拆卸板式热交换器板片出现应力腐蚀开裂奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract: The causes of S30400 plate
cracks in the plate-and-frame heat exchanger were studied
from the aspects of medium composition, plate composition, microstructure,
fracture morphology, corrosion residue composition and so on by means of
chlorine ion concentration meter, alloy analyzer, metallographic microscope,
scanning electron microscope, electron energy spectrum and other modern testing
methods.The results show that the cracks in the plate-and-frame
heat exchanger are caused by the stress corrosion in the medium containing
corrosive elements.Based on the research results, several Suggestions for
improvement were put forward, which laid a solid foundation for preventing
stress corrosion cracking of plate-and-frame heat exchanger plates.
