超声波探头类型与传播距离关系研究
  

随着时代的发展,超声波测流量的应用在油田的管道监测有着重要的作用。在大口径流量检测与测量中,由于在应用中口径过大,超声波随着传播距离的增加而衰减也成为了不可忽视的问题。针对应用特点,旨在研究超声波探头类型与传播距离的关系。本文提出采用超声波探头的时差法流量测量原理,用直探头和曲面探头分别对不同发射与接收传播距离进行测试,得到接收信号。测试结果表明,相同距离下,直探头的接收信号比曲面探头大,所用直探头的接收信号大小与传播距离成比例减弱,曲面探头的接收信号与传播距离成反比。相同条件下,曲面探头衰减比直探头更强,直探头更适用于超声波大口径流量测量。

AbstractWith the development of the times, the application of ultrasonic flow measurement has played an important role in pipeline monitoring in oil fields. In large-diameter flow detection and measurement, because the diameter is too large in the application, the attenuation of ultrasonic waves as the propagation distance increases has also become a problem that cannot be ignored. Aiming at application characteristics, it aims to study the relationship between ultrasonic probe type and propagation distance. This paper proposes the flow measurement principle of the time difference method using the ultrasonic probe. The straight probe and the curved probe are used to test different transmission and reception propagation distances to obtain the received signal. The test results show that under the same distance, the received signal of the straight probe is larger than that of the curved probe. The received signal of the straight probe used decreases in proportion to the propagation distance, and the received signal of the curved probe is inversely proportional to the propagation distance. Under the same conditions, the attenuation of curved probes is stronger than that of straight probes.
