基于AHP-模糊数学的LNG装卸场所安全风险评估-王妮
  

摘要:为预防LNG装卸场所发生泄漏事故,提出要运用层次分析法(AHP)理论,构建涵盖平面布置、安全管理、操作安全、防火防爆、监测监控一级指标的安全风险评估指标体系,计算各影响因素的权重值,再采用模糊数学的方法,组织专家对LNG装卸场所的各影响因素进行打分,并结合前面得到的权重值,对LNG装卸场所安全风险进行评估。对湖北某LNG装卸场所的安全风险进行综合评价,得出其安全状况为“较好”。同时通过实例验证,该方法得出的评估结果对LNG装卸场所的现状具有较强的理论意义和实用价值,能为LNG装卸场所的日常安全管理工作起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

In order to prevent leakage accidents in LNG loading and unloading sites, we propose to use the theory of hierarchical analysis (AHP) to construct a safety risk assessment index system covering the first-level indicators of plan layout, safety management, operation safety, fire and explosion prevention, monitoring and control, calculate the weight value of each influencing factor, and then use the method of fuzzy mathematics to organize experts to score each influencing factor of LNG loading and unloading sites, and combine the previous Then, using the fuzzy mathematical method, experts are organized to score the influencing factors of LNG loading and unloading sites, and combine the weight values obtained earlier to evaluate the safety risk of LNG loading and unloading sites. A comprehensive evaluation of the safety risk of an LNG loading and unloading site in Hubei has resulted in a "good" safety status. At the same time, through example verification, the assessment results of the method have strong theoretical significance and practical value to the current situation of LNG loading and unloading sites, and can play a certain role in the daily safety management of LNG loading and unloading sites.
