
摘要:针对霜脲氰生产废水,有机物浓度高、色度高、盐分高等特点,采用了以树脂吸附为核心的处理工艺。实验结果表明:在废水初始pH值2.5、吸附温度25 ℃、流速为1BV/h的条件下,废水COD值从45000mg/L降至25200mg/L,去除率约44.08%,使用3 BV甲醇作为脱附剂,产生的脱附液通过蒸馏回收甲醇作为下一批次的脱附剂,蒸馏残夜重新回到生产工段,资源能够得到有效回用。树脂吸附出水进入蒸发系统,回收无机盐,蒸馏出水通过调节池进入生化系统。

Abstract
Resin adsorption process is used to treat the cymoxanil production wastewater, which has the characteristics of high concentration of organic matter, high chroma, and high salinity. Results showed that: Under the conditions of wastewater initial pH value of 2.5, adsorption temperature of 25 ℃, and flow rate of 1 BV/h, the COD value of wastewater decreased from 45000 mg/L to 25200 mg/L, and the removal rate was about 44.08%. Using 3BV methanol as desorption agent, the desorption solution is distilled to recover methanol as the next batch of desorption agent, and resources can be effectively reused. The resin adsorbed water enters the evaporation system to recover inorganic salt, and the distilled water enters the biochemical system through the regulating tank.
