医学类专科学校普遍存在着重教学轻科研的现象，然而，科研与教学相互依存、相互促进，教学是科研的基石，科研是教学的深化与拓展。本文从加大科研平台资金投入，加强科研平台协调管理，制定科研奖励机制鼓励师生积极参与，引进科研人才带动科研产出四个方面阐述了如何实现医学类专科学校科研平台高质量建设的观点，为进一步提升医学类专科学校的科研能力和办学水平提供参考。
There is a common phenomenon that teaching jobs have been emphasis more than scientific research in most medical colleges. However, scientific research and teaching depend on and promote each other. Teaching is the cornerstone of scientific research, and scientific research is the deepening and expansion of teaching. This paper expounds how to realize the high-quality construction of scientific research platform in medical colleges from four aspects: increasing the investment, strengthening the coordination and management, establishing reward mechanism, encouraging teachers and students to research, and introducing scientific research talents to improve scientific research output, in order to provide some references for improving the scientific research ability and educational level of medical colleges.
