石化工程设计标准工时定额建立与应用研究

　　

摘要：现阶段我国石化行业着力优化产业发展节奏和模式，追求高发展质量，寻求技术突破，以提高产业竞争力为目标。石化设计企业要通过加大技术创新、完善组织治理、加强项目管理，提升行业竞争力。然而在竞争日益激烈的市场形势下，石化设计行业没有成熟且适应当前时代背景的设计定额体系，影响着石化设计行业的持续健康的发展。本文就对石化设计项目标准工时定额建立的必要性、定额的编制方法及应用研究展开论述。

Abstract: at this stage, China's petrochemical industry focuses on optimizing the pace and mode of industrial development, pursuing high development quality and seeking technological breakthrough, with the goal of improving industrial competitiveness. Petrochemical design enterprises should enhance the competitiveness of the industry by increasing technological innovation, improving organizational governance and strengthening project management. However, in the increasingly competitive market situation, the petrochemical design industry does not have a mature design quota system to adapt to the current background, which affects the sustainable and healthy development of the petrochemical design industry. This paper discusses the necessity of establishing standard man hour quota of petrochemical design project, the compilation method and Application Research of quota.
