摘要：根据公费师范生的就业特点，在其培养过程中我们要始终贯彻“以人为本”的教育理念，主要包括树立学科兼容观、重视情感态度与价值观的培养、处理好师生主导与主体的关系、提升创新能力、发展探究能力等；要完善优化知识结构，使其具备广博的本体性知识、全面的条件性知识、丰富的实践性知识和娴熟的策略性知识；要培养其教学的对象意识、角色意识、教学评价的功能意识和教学反思意识；重视培养其可持续提升的专业发展能力。
Abstract: According to the employment characteristics of government-funded normal university students, we should always carry out the "people-oriented" education concept in the training process, mainly including setting up the compatible view of disciplines, attaching importance to the cultivation of emotional attitude and values, handling the leading and main bodyrelationship between teachers and students, improving innovation ability, developing inquiry ability, etc.It is necessary to refine and optimize the knowledge structure,promote students to master extensive ontological knowledge, comprehensive conditional knowledge, rich practical knowledge and skilled strategic knowledge.We should cultivate the consciousness of teaching object, role, function of teaching evaluation and teaching reflection.Pay attention to cultivating their professional development ability for sustainable improvement.
