
摘要:针对油田抽油机人工检测、调整平衡度劳动强度大、存在滞后性、易造成躺井风险,当前游梁抽油机上下行对称运动特性不能满足稠油井、大斜度井生产需要,以及人工调参无法及时、准确、自动地根据油井产液量适时调整工作制度、无法实现供排协调及远程监控从而影响举升系统效率等问题,结合油田开发需求,以油井长效高效生产为目标,围绕生产参数自动调控及智能变速两项关键技术开展游梁抽油机智能控制系统研制,实现抽油机可根据油井载荷变化自动调平衡、根据地层供液能力智能调冲次、根据电动机输出功率自动变速,确保抽油系统始终处在最佳运行状态,达到降低能耗、延长油井免修期、减少人工维护成本的目的。
Abstract:Due to the high labor intensity, hysteresis and risk of well lying caused by manual testing and balancing degree adjustment of oil pumping units, the current symmetrical motion characteristics of upstream and downstream beam pumping units cannot meet the production requirements of heavy oil Wells and highly deviated Wells. And artificial and unable to timely, accurate, timely adjust automatically according to the well fluid volume work system, cannot be achieved for the coordination and remote monitoring and thus affect the lifting system efficiency, etc., combining with the oilfield development demand, aiming at the long-term efficient production, around the production parameters of automatic control and intelligent variable beam pumping unit is the two key technologies, intelligent control system development, The pumping unit can adjust the balance automatically according to the change of oil well load, adjust the stroke times intelligently according to the liquid supply capacity of the formation, and change the speed automatically according to the output power of the motor, so as to ensure that the pumping system is always in the best operation state, and achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption, prolonging the oil well repair free period, and reducing the cost of manual maintenance.
