Abstract：This
paper introduces the trend and characteristics of the large-scale petrochemical
engineering industry, and proposes optimization strategies for the management
of procurement and subcontracting. At the same time, it is introduced that
through strict examination of the qualifications of subcontracting companies,
the establishment of a qualified supplier storage system to improve the level
of subcontracting management. The project experience is summarized and
discussed. Hope to help related companies.
