减少醋酸汽车臂泄漏故障的措施

　　

[摘 要]醋酸易挥发，腐蚀性极强，醋酸装车鹤管为自动化设备，结构相对越复杂，故障率较高，维修频繁，鹤管的维修也大大增加了使用成本。醋酸鹤管的故障不仅影响醋酸产品出厂，甚至影响上游装置生产，醋酸鹤管是作业区的重点维护设备。如何减少醋酸汽车装车鹤管泄漏故障，是本课题主要研究的目的。

[Abstract]Acetic acid is volatile, highly corrosive, acetic acid loading crane tube for automatic equipment, relatively more complex structure, high failure rate, frequent maintenance, maintenance of crane tube also greatly increase the use cost. The failure of acetic acid crane not only affects the delivery of acetic acid products, but also affects the production of upstream units. The crane is the key maintenance equipment in the operation area. How to reduce the leakage failure of crane tube of acetic acid loading vehicle is the main purpose of this subject.
