摘要：中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司液态丙烯装车过程中，无气相回流，液态丙烯在充装过程中，丙烯槽车压力逐渐增高，在夏季容易达到槽车压力上限而停止充装。针对炼油厂液态丙烯装车的影响因素，分别讨论丙烯球罐内温度、液位与压力，丙烯装车流量，丙烯槽车压力等对丙烯装车过程的影响，并提出优化措施。通过优化调整丙烯收油、动态调整装车泵运行、降温喷淋降低丙烯槽车压力，保证夏季液态丙烯顺利平稳装车。
Abstract: There is no gas phase reflux in the loading process of liquid propylene in China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Jinan Branch. The pressure of propylene tank gradually increases in the filling process of liquid propylene, and it is easy to reach the upper limit of tank pressure and stop filling in summer. According to the influencing factors of liquid propylene loading in refinery, the influences of temperature, liquid level and pressure in propylene spherical tank, propylene loading flow rate and propylene tank pressure on propylene loading process are discussed and optimization measures are put forward finally. It is possible to ensure smooth loading of liquid propylene in summer by optimizing and adjusting propylene fuel collection, dynamically adjusting loading pump operation, and reducing the pressure of the propylene tanker by cooling and spraying.
