浅谈环氧乙烷储运设计
  

化工行业的安全生产,是我国在落实工业安全方针中的重点环节,同时也是事故频发的难点领域。由于化工工业在生产过程中会经常涉及到一些危险介质,并且工艺相对其他工业更为复杂,所以会在制造、储存和输送过程中面临多种风险。如果设计不合理或者操作不当引起事故发生,则破坏力强,社会影响大。环氧乙烷作为极度危害的介质,在储运过程中易发生燃烧、爆炸和结晶反应,设计工作作为项目实施的前期阶段,应严格把控安全质量关。通过概述环氧乙烷的物理性质、化学性质,以及介绍环氧乙烷在储运过程中的罐区布置、设备选型、工艺及自控设计管道设计、消防设计等专业采取的安全措施和应遵循的主要原则,对环氧乙烷的储运设计进行了系统的梳理,这对环氧乙烷储运的设计和管理具有指导意义。

The safety production of chemical industry is not only the key link in the implementation of the industrial safety policy in China, but also the difficult field of frequent accidents. Because the chemical industry often involves some dangerous media in the production process, and the process is more complex than other industries, it will face a variety of risks in the process of manufacturing, storage and transportation. If the design is unreasonable or improper operation causes accidents, it will be destructive and have a great social impact. As a highly hazardous medium, ethylene oxide is prone to combustion, explosion and crystallization reaction in the process of storage and transportation. As the early stage of project implementation, safety quality should be strictly controlled. By summarizing the physical and chemical properties of ethylene oxide, and introducing the safety measures and the main principles to be followed in the storage and transportation of ethylene oxide, such as tank yard layout, equipment selection, process and automatic control design, pipeline design and fire protection design, the storage and transportation design of ethylene oxide is systematically combed. This is of guiding significance to the design and management of ethylene oxide storage and transportation.
