催化湿式氧化处理霜脲氰生产废水工艺研究-V2
  

摘要:针对霜脲氰生产废水有机物浓度高色度高、盐分高等特点,研究了以催化湿式氧化为核心的处理工艺。实验结果表明Fe系催化剂较其他催化剂具有较好的去除效果,最佳的Fe催化剂加入量为1.5 wt.‰;进水pH越低,COD去除率越高,确定最佳进水pH2.5;确定了最佳空速为1h-1;在最佳进水及反应条件下,采用催化湿式氧化工艺连续处理霜脲氰废水,COD去除率达到80%,脱色效果十分明显。

Abstract

Catalytic wet air oxidation process is studied to treat the cymoxanil production wastewater, which has the characteristics of high concentration of organic matter, high chroma, and high salinity.

Results showed that: Fe-based catalysts are more effective than other catalysts, and the optimum addition amount of Fe catalyst is 1.5 wt.‰. Low influent pH is good for COD removal, and the optimum influent pH was determined to be 2.5. The optimal space-time velocity was determined to be 1h-1. Under the optimal influent and reaction conditions, the catalytic wet oxidation process was used to continuously treat the cyanamide wastewater. The COD removal rate reached 80%, and the decolorization effect was very obvious.
