摘要：在经济发展的带动下工业得到了快速发展，其中直接服务于企业生产的工业厂房也越来越多地被建造，而在工业厂房建设作业过程中，通常会选择钢结构形式的设计方式进行厂房建设。钢结构的稳定性较高，不仅能为厂房内的作业人员提供足够的安全保障，且根据工艺流程合理构建钢结构工业厂房，一方面它能有效地降低工程建设的成本投入，另一方面能提升生产空间，确保投入生产的速度符合进度要求。由此，在整个化工工业发展中，钢结构厂房已成为现今工业建筑的必备基座，而钢结构的作业会用到大量的钢材，本文将结合化工钢结构设计中常见的问题以及对策进行探讨和分析，为读者提供参考。

Abstract: driven by economic development, industry has developed rapidly, and more and more industrial plants directly serving the production of enterprises have been built. In the process of industrial plant construction, steel structure design is usually used for plant construction. The stability of the steel structure is high, which can not only provide sufficient safety guarantee for the operators in the plant, but also reasonably build the steel structure industrial plant according to the process flow. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the cost of project construction, on the other hand, it can improve the production space and ensure that the speed of production meets the schedule requirements. Therefore, in the development of the whole chemical industry, the steel structure plant has become the necessary base of the industrial buildings, and the operation of the steel structure will use a large amount of steel. This paper will discuss and analyze the common problems and Countermeasures in the design of the chemical steel structure, and provide reference for the readers.
