电力行业碳达峰碳中和实施路径研究

　　

摘要：

电力行业是我国碳排放的主要来源，本文针对电力行业自身的装机及产能结构、能耗水平及“十四五”发展规划，建立模型，研究电力行业长期低碳发展趋势路径。结果表明，两种情景下电力行业均可在2060年前实现碳中和。最后本文从可再生能源替代、煤电机组转型和加大绿色资金投入三个方面提出建议，助力电力行业实现双碳目标。

Abstract

The power industry is the main source of carbon emissions in China, this paper aims at the power industry's own installed capacity and capacity structure, energy consumption level and "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan, establish a model, and study the long-term low-carbon development trend path of the power industry. The results show that the power sector can be carbon neutral by 2060 in both scenarios. Finally, this paper proposes from three aspects: renewable energy substitution, coal-fired power unit transformation and increasing green capital investment to help the power industry achieve the dual carbon target.
