摘要：RTO设备切换阀是废气处理系统中的重要组成部件，其性能好坏是确保RTO设备稳定运行的重要因素。由于传统RTO设备切换阀存在泄漏率高、占用空间大、操作不便以及故障率高等问题，因此，拟设计一套全新的RTO设备切换阀门来有效避免以上阀门出现的问题。此外，通过对阀门结构的进一步改进可使RTO设备切换阀的使用工况更加广泛。在阀门正常使用下，阀门具有如下特点：

泄漏率≤0.05%、自动感应开关位、空间占比率（相对于整个RTO设备）≤6%。

Abstract：The RTO equipment switching valve is an important component of the waste gas treatment system, and its performance is an important factor to ensure the stable operation of the RTO equipment. Due to the traditional RTO equipment switching valve has high leakage rate, large space occupation, inconvenient operation and high failure rate problems, so a new set of RTO equipment switching valve is designed to effectively avoid the problems of the above valves. In addition, through the further improvement of the valve structure can make the RTO equipment switching valve more widely used. Under the normal use of the valve, the valve has the following characteristics:

Leakage rate of 0.05%, automatic induction switch position, space ratio (relative to the entire RTO equipment) of 6%, the service life of 10 million times, the annual failure times of 1 times.
