利用DCS报警监控NOVOLEN聚丙烯反应器出料（202209）

　　

摘要：NOVOLEN气相法聚丙烯工艺受多方面影响，反应器系统易波动甚至产生块料。当块料堵塞出料线时会造成反应器进一步波动，从而影响产品质量乃至停车。为降低结块对系统带来的影响，利用DCS报警来监视反应器的出料情况，可在最短时间内发现并处理堵塞，从而保证装置的长周期运行。

Abstract：NOVOLEN gas phase polypropylene process is affected by many aspects, and the operation statue of reactor is easy to fluctuate and even produces lumps. When the lumps plugging out the discharge pipe will cause further fluctuations in the reactor, resulting in the quality of the product and even reactor shut down. In order to reduce the impact on the whole system, we use DCS alarm to monitor the discharging status of the reactor, so we can find and solve blockage in the shortest time, so as to ensure the long period operation of the plant.
