氯代碳酸乙烯酯的合成工艺研究
摘要: 利用气相色谱法研究氯代碳酸乙烯酯(CEC)的合成工艺的改进过程。通过改变引发条件、引发剂种类和用量、反应时间、氯气流量、反应温度等,实时监测反应进行的过程和产品收率。通过对色谱测试结果分析,得到最佳合成工艺条件:蓝光灯照射,采用分批次加入引发剂B,先以60g/h的恒定流速向原料EC中通氯气380g为基础,再以40g/h的流速通继续氯气,最优通气量为460g,反应温度70℃。 Abstract: The improvement of the synthesis process of vinyl chloride carbonate (CEC) was studied by gas chromatography. By changing the initiation conditions, initiator type and dosage, reaction time, chlorine gas flow rate, reaction temperature, real-time monitoring of the reaction process and product yield. Through the analysis of the chromatographic test results, the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained: blue light irradiation, batch adding initiator B, first at a constant flow rate of 60g/h to the raw material EC through 380g chlorine gas as the basis, and then at a flow rate of 40g/h to continue chlorine gas, the optimal ventilation volume of 460g, reaction temperature 70℃.
