
中文摘要:压力校验仪具有体积小、重量轻、高准确度、高稳定性等优点,用来测量压力变送器示值误差方便快捷。文章根据JJG882-2019《压力变送器检定规程》要求,结合实际检定工作,应用测量不确定度理论,分析了精密压力校验仪测量压力变送器的不确定度来源,对不确定度进行了评定,得出利用精密压力检验仪对压力变送器的示值误差进行检定时,其测量不确定度完全能够满足规程要求。
Abstract: the pressure calibrator has the advantages of small size, light weight, high accuracy, high stability and so on. It is convenient and fast to measure the indication error of pressure transmitter. According to the requirements of JJG882-2019“Verification regulation of pressure transmitter” and combined with the actual verification work, the uncertainty sources of precision pressure calibrator in measuring pressure transmitter are analyzed by applying the theory of measurement uncertainty, the uncertainty is evaluated, and it is concluded that the uncertainty of measurement can fully meet the requirements of the regulation when the indication error of pressure transmitter is checked by the precision pressure tester.
