
摘要: 食品安全问题关系国计民生,近年来食品添加剂安全事件频发,使得人们对于食品添加剂产生恐慌和抵触情绪。从食品添加剂的概念、用途、类型以及危害等方面对其展开介绍,着重介绍了防腐剂、着色剂、甜味剂和抗氧化剂四种最为常见的食品添加剂。并结合目前一些典型食品安全事件,深入剖析食品添加剂在使用过程中所存在的问题,并提出相应解决方案,从而确保食品安全。

Safety on Tongue Tip and Food Additives

Abstract:Food safety is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. In recent years, food additive safety incidents have occurred frequently, causing panic and opposition among the population. This paper introduces food additives from the aspects of their concepts, uses, types and hazards, focusing on the four most common food additives: preservatives, colorants, sweeteners and antioxidants. Combined with the current typical food safety cases, the safety problems of food additives are analyzed very closely, and a series of practical and feasible measures are proposed to safeguard food safety.
