
摘要:聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺气凝胶纤维吸水后容易导致其孔结构塌陷,严重限制了其应用领域。因此本研究首先利用聚多巴胺对气凝胶纤维进行表面改性,在纤维表面引入活性基团,再通过化学气相沉积在气凝胶纤维表面接枝1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷形成疏水功能层。研究结果表明,气凝胶纤维疏水改性后的水接触角高达151°,与疏水改性前相比,水接触角提高了98.7%,达到了超疏水的效果。疏水改性后,气凝胶纤维的初始热分解温度为358 ℃,表明该气凝胶纤维可以在高温下使用而不会丧失其疏水性能。通过疏水改性可以拓宽聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺气凝胶纤维的实际应用场景。

Abstract:The three-dimensional reticular porous structure of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) aerogel fibers are easy to collapse after water absorption,which seriously limits its application field.Therefore,in this study,polydopamine was first used to modify the surface of the aerogel fibers,and active groups were introduced on the surface of the fibers,and then 1H,1H,2H,2H- perfluorodecyl triethoxy silane was grafted on the surface of the aerogel fibers by chemical vapor deposition method to form a firm hydrophobic functional layer.The experimental results show that the water contact angle of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) aerogel fibers could reach 151° after hydrophobic modification,and the water contact angle of the aerogel fibers was increased by 98.7% compared with that before hydrophobic modification,and the effect of superhydrophobic was achieved.After hydrophobic modification,the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the aerogel fibers is 358 ℃,indicating that the aerogel fibers can be used at high temperature without losing its hydrophobic properties.Hydrophobic modification can broaden the practical application scenarios of aerogel fibers.
