碱土金属掺杂OMS-2对CO催化氧化研究
本研究通过碱土金属掺杂来提高OMS-2催化氧化CO的活性及其抗硫抗水性能。制备的催化剂呈典型的纳米棒状结构,碱土金属成功引入OMS-2隧道中,且均匀分布,掺杂碱土金属后OMS-2的结构和晶型并未被破坏,其比表面积也得到提高。CO氧化实验结果表明,掺杂碱土金属离子后催化剂氧化CO的效率及抗硫活性明显提高,OMS-2-Ca具有最佳的CO氧化性能及抗硫能力。O2在CO氧化反应中起到了重要作用,且Ca2+的引入有效地提高了OMS-2的耐水性。通过XPS分析表明Mn4+和表面吸附氧可能是作为活性组分参与CO氧化反应。Abstract: Alkaline earth metal doping was used to improve the CO catalytic oxidation
activity and the resistance of sulfur and water of OMS-2. The prepared catalyst
showed a typical nanorod-like structure, and the alkali earth metal was
successfully introduced into the OMS-2 tunnel with uniform distribution. After
doping the alkali earth metal, the structure and crystal of OMS-2 were not
damaged, and its specific surface area was also improved. The experimental
results of CO oxidation showed that the CO oxidation efficiency and sulfur
resistance of the catalyst were significantly improved after doping alkaline
earth metal ions, and OMS-2-Ca had the highest CO oxidation performance and
sulfur resistance. O2 plays an important role in the oxidation of
CO, and the introduction of Ca2+ effectively improves the water
resistance of OMS-2. XPS analysis showed that Mn4+ and surface
adsorbed oxygen may participate in CO oxidation process as active components.
