液相沉淀法制备四氧化三钴技术改进研究
  

摘要:针对锂电池正极材料钴酸锂前驱体四氧化三钴生产实践中遇到的问题,开发设计了液相合成制备纯相四氧化三钴生产技术,以氯化钴溶液为钴源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,乙二胺四乙酸为络合剂,空气为氧化剂,控制合成条件,直接液相合成纯相氧化钴,再经低温烘干制得四氧化三钴粉末。该工艺流程精简、生产周期短(≤18小时)、生产中无氨氮废水排放、能耗低,且产品活性高。产品为高球形度球形颗粒,振实密度为2.9±0.3g/cm3、比表面积为1.8±0.8m2/g。

Abstract: In response to the problems encountered in the production practice of cobalt tetroxide, a precursor of lithium cobalt oxide as a cathode material for lithium batteries, a production technology for preparing pure cobalt tetroxide by liquid phase synthesis was developed and designed. Using cobalt chloride solution as a cobalt source, sodium hydroxide as a precipitator, ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid as a complexing agent, and air as an oxidant, the synthesis conditions were controlled, and pure cobalt tetroxide was directly synthesized in liquid phase, followed by low-temperature drying to obtain cobalt tetroxide powder. This process is characterized by simplified process flow, short production cycle (≤ 18 hours), no ammonia nitrogen wastewater discharge during production, low energy consumption, and high product activity. The product is a spherical particle with high sphericity, a compacted density of 2.9 ± 0.3 g/cm3, and a specific surface area of 1.8 ± 0.8 m2/g.
