摘要：我国对“十四五”期间清洁生产审核提出了新的要求，鼓励有条件的地区开展行业、园区和产业集群整体审核试点，而园区整体清洁生产未形成成熟的体系，园区整体清洁生产审核方法仍需要进一步研究。基于清洁生产审核理论，结合工业园区实际，首先构建了工业园区整体清洁生产水平评价方法；其次提出了从园区、重点行业和企业三个层面开展园区清洁生产审核的具体实施方案；最后强调了持续开展清洁生产工作的必要性。

Abstract: China puts forward new requirements to cleaner production audit during the 14th Five-Year Plan period，to encourage qualified area begin a trial of integrated cleaner production audit for industries industrial clusters and industrial park. However, the industrial park cleaner production audit has not yet formed mature system, the industrial park cleaner production audit method need to be further studied. Based on the study of the cleaner production audit and the reality industrial park, first establish a evaluation method for integrated cleaner production level of industrial park；then put forward the industrial park cleaner production audit scheme for three levels of parks, key industries, and enterprises；last emphasises the necessity of continue develop cleaner production.
