磷酸二氢铵阻燃PTMG/TDI体系聚氨酯弹性体制备及性能研究
  

摘要:将磷酸二氢铵(ADP)作为阻燃剂,以聚四氢呋喃醚(PTMG)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、4,4'-亚甲基二(2-氯苯胺)(MOCA)为主要原料,通过预聚体法合成了阻燃剂含量不同的聚氨酯弹性体。讨论了ADP含量对PTMG/TDI体系聚氨酯弹性体的阻燃性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:ADP对聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能影响较大,随着ADP用量的增多,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度以及耐磨性能下降;聚氨酯弹性体的阻燃性能提高,氧指数LOI随着ADP含量的增多而增大,阻燃等级UL-94 V-2V-0级。

Abstract: With ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) as flame retardant and polytetrahydrofuran ether (PTMG), toluene diisocyanate (TDI), 4,4 '- methylenebis (2-chloroaniline) (MOCA) as main raw materials, polyurethane elastomers with different flame retardant contents were synthesized by prepolymer method. The influence of ADP content on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PTMG/TDI polyurethane elastomer was discussed. The results showed that ADP had a great influence on the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer. With the increase of ADP content, the tensile strength, elongation at break. tear strength and wear resistance decreased; The flame retardancy of the polyurethane elastomer was improved, and the oxygen index LOI increased with the increase of ADP content, and the flame retardancy level is increased from UL-94 V-2 level to V-0 level
