船舶压载水自清洁滤器应用技术研究
  

摘要:自清洁过滤器作为压载水系统主要设备,其运行稳定性对于整个系统至关重要。压载水水质过差是导致滤器堵塞的主要原因,易堵塞水域的TSS值往往是正常水质的几十倍,滤器在此类水域一旦发生堵塞,难以自行恢复。滤器的额定处理量是滤器选型重要参数,当滤器额定处理量小于压载泵的额定流量时,堵塞风险将有所加大。反冲洗压力是维持滤器自清洁的关键因素,反冲洗压力越高越有利于滤器的自清洗,滤器布置不合理,压载泵扬程过低都是导致堵塞的重要因素。另外,维护保养不及时,导致滤芯生锈、脏污也会加剧滤器堵塞风险。通过操作优化、技术优化、规范优化等措施可在一定程度缓解滤器堵塞风险,提高系统运行稳定性。

Abstract: As the main equipment of ballast water system, the stability of auto-backflush filter is very important to the whole system. The poor quality of ballast water is the main cause of filter blockage. The TSS value of easily blocked waters is often dozens of times that of normal water quality. Once the filter is blocked in such waters, it is difficult to recover by itself. The rated capacity of filter is an important parameter for filter selection. When the rated capacity of filter is less than the rated flow of ballast pump, the risk of clogging will be increased. Backwashing pressure is the key factor to maintain the filter self-cleaning, the higher the backwashing pressure, the more beneficial to the filter self-cleaning, the unreasonable layout of the filter, the ballast pump lift is too low are important factors leading to blockage. In addition, maintenance is not timely, resulting in rust, dirty filter element will also aggravate the filter clogging risk. The operation optimization, technical optimization, specification optimization and other measures can alleviate the filter clogging risk to a certain extent and improve the operation stability of the system.
