某工业包装仓库建筑地面渗水原因分析及解决方案探讨

　　

摘 要: 通过对某工业包装仓库地面渗水原因的分析，结合地质勘察结果，深入研究地面渗水根本原因，在于地形高差变化大，地下水位高，基础沉降不均匀，地面垫层分缝变成通缝等原因所致。提出了压力注浆密封、打透水管、建筑周边打渗水井及盲沟、止水帷幕等几种解决办法，通过防排结合综合治理措施取得了较好的效果。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the causes of ground water seepage in an industrial packing warehouse project, combined with the geological investigation results, the root causes of ground water seepage were deeply studied, which were caused by significant changes in terrain elevation, high groundwater level, uneven foundation settlement, an the transition of ground cushion layer from split to through joints, etc. Several solutions had been proposed, including pressure grouting sealing, penetrating water pipes, infiltrating water wells and blind ditches around buildings, and waterproofing curtains.And these solutions had achieved good results.
